WUWF: Across The Coast Friday

WCOA is no longer news/talk but will be classic rock. WUWF-TV is welcoming Rick Outzen's "In Your Head" on Channel 4.

Rick's blog is reporting that WCOA 100.7 is now WJTG "The Jet" a classic rock station. The move away from the News/Talk format is in alignment with the station's ownership by Cumulus Broadcasting. Rick Outzen announced that his recent "In Your Head Radio" show will move to WUWF-TV on Channel 4 at the end of March.

Pensacon has $1.4M impact on Pensacola.

Pensacon partnered with Visit Pensacola to survey convention goers on their spending during the con. According to figures they released today the impact was big. Rick's Blog has the numbers.

Studer Institute Announced

Quint and Rishy Studer announced today that they are founding an institute to study challenges and solutions in Pensacola. WUWF will have an exclusive interview with Director Brian Hooper on Monday.
