Seagrass & Satsumas: Palafox Market May 31, 2015

Lindsay Myers

It was an unusual weekend at the Palafox Market with "Slide the City" set up on the north end of where the market normally extends. Lots of people with inflatable rafts and wearing bathing suits wandered down to check out the art products, food, and produce.

It's really starting to feel like summer at the market, too. Watermelons, blueberries, and lots of summer squash were available along with many ornamental plants and flowers, prepared foods, meats, artisanal cheeses, and a variety of other cottage foods.
