RNC Delegate
Stumpf The
Republican
National
Convention
remained
energized
one day
after Alaska
Governor
Sarah Palin
delivered
her speech
accepting
the
Republican
nomination
for Vice
President. In
fact,
Pensacola
resident Bob
Stumpf
called the
speech
“moving” and
“beyond
expectations.”
The retired
Navy captain
was in St.
Paul
attending
the GOP
convention
as a
first-time
delegate
from
Florida’s
1st
Congressional
District.
Just hours
before his
friend John
McCain
prepared to
accept the
party’s
nomination
for
President,
Stumpf spoke
with Dave
Dunwoody
about his
expectations
and his
overall
impressions
of the
event.
